How do I return an item?

RETURNED GOODS AND CANCELLATION for orders for Consumers

We believe so strongly in First Contact Polymers ability to protect and clean your precision surface that we offer consumers a money back guarantee! Please read and follow the directions and always try a non-critical location on the surface or test surface first and we guarantee your satisfaction. Also, please always contact us for guidance and advice about working with your delicate surfaces. We can help!

However, common sense rules have to apply in circumstances in which product might need to be returned. The return of any material will be accepted only with prior approval of the Seller. Contact us at sales@photoniccleaning.com with questions or comments.

Items returned to us without contact with Photonic Cleaning Technologies, LLC prior to returning will NOT be refunded. Items returned to us after 60 days from shipment receiving date and/or without an RMA number will NOT be refunded.

Photonic Cleaning Technologies accepts returns for exchange or refund within 60 calendar days after delivery of the product*. After 30 calendar days we offer an exchange or store credit, or at our sole discretion, a refund. For any exchange, store credit, or refund to be considered at least 75% of the original material must remain.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped please contact Customer Support immediately at 608-467-5396. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for replacement, store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received by Photonic Cleaning Technologies. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.


RETURNED GOODS AND CANCELLATION for orders via Purchase Orders:

Terms are NET 20 for purchase orders. All PO sales are final. The return of any material will be accepted only with prior approval of the Seller, and the Buyer will be subject to a 30% restocking charge. Request for cancellation before shipment from our facility must be submitted to Seller in writing and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Unless stated in an item's description that it has a different return policy period other than 60 days. Product must have been stored under proper storage conditions to be acceptable for returns or refunds.

If a refund is requested, the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

No refunds will be issued for goods that have been previously exchanged under this guarantee.

No refunds will be issued for the same item that have been purchased on multiple occasions.

Goods must be returned to the address given to you in the RMA email.

We will not be held responsible for returned goods that get lost in transit. We suggest using a traceable service.

Photonic Cleaning Technologies, LLC reserves the right to contact the retailer to verify your purchase.

Refunds shall be made via the same payment method as for the original purchase: Credit on a credit card, PayPal or Personal Check, might be possible, but please tell us when contacting us.

If you request an exchange, outward delivery is made free of charge. However, if delivery is unsuccessful on 3 occasions the parcel will be returned to us. At which point, a redelivery fee of $10 may be incurred in addition to any shipping charges.

If you request an exchange, your replacement product must be of similar value or less.

This guarantee is only available to residents of the USA.
