Our thinners are proprietary blends of solvents designed to slow the evaporation process and avoid thermal shock to coatings. Each of our polymer formulas have a specific thinner formula and and only the designated thinner can be used with corresponding polymer. For example, if you have our DCT Formula polymer then only use DTC thinner, or if you have FC Gold Formula polymer then use FC Gold thinner. Review product names to determine the thinner formula.

If this item is not added to your cart when requesting FedEx Priority shipping the shipment will be delayed and we may contact you for payment information to cover the surcharge, or we may automatically ship your order via Ground.

Because it is a flammable liquid, First Contact Polymer Ships as a Hazardous Material (Ground) or Dangerous Goods (Priority). The fee for FedEx Ground and Priority Shipping is a surcharge added by FedEx, not by our company. This surcharge is already incorporated into Ground Shipping, but this $110.00 fee for Priority Shipping options must be added to your order, and having this add-on product is the best option. Except for Canada and Mexico, the FedEx International fee is automatically incorporated into the International shipping option and this item is not needed. Please NOTE: Our kits are specifically packages in "excepted quantities" to avoid the FedEx-charged Dangerous Goods fees.
