DTC Polymer Solution

DTC Polymer was developed in response to anomalously high adhesion and surface staining with some First Contact™ Polymer products on strained and reactive surfaces like fresh diamond turned copper, brass, and Cu/Al alloys. This new and unique designer polymer blend and solvent formulation has passed all internal and external testing and provides the excellent contamination control and removal the world has come to expect from First Contact™ Polymer products. Hundreds of hours went into developing and testing this new formula to ensure it meets our, and our customer’s, strict quality control requirements. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We must have a physical address in order to ship First Contact Polymers.

Coated Optics
Certain coatings have inherently poor adhesion, especially if manufactured without effective substrate preparation, particularly gold and silver coatings and replicated aluminum gratings. Always test on an inconspicuous or non-critical area first.
