DHL Express Worldwide does not show as an available service for international orders, however we can ship via DHL and may use DHL if the service is less expensive or meets other country-specific requirements. If we ship via DHL we will provide your Air Waybill number and if less costly we will adjust your shipping costs before charging your credit card.
Unfortunately we can not ship First Contact Polymers to Post Office (P.O.) box addresses, we must have a physical address for delivery. First Contact Polymers are flammable and considered "Dangerous Goods", the USPS will not handle Dangerous Goods of any type.
Do you need a C of C (Certificate of Compliance/Conformance)? Add the C of C item to your Shopping Cart before checkout to avoid order delays.
NOTE: If preferred, we will modify a Priority Shipping order to FedEx 2Day Express and Express Saver. Ground shipments can not be upgraded. Please contact us if you prefer to have your Priority order changed to 2Day Express or Express Saver. We will change the shipping cost on the order before charging your credit card so you will only pay for the shipping option you choose.
Final Reminder for 500ml and 1L Bottles!
500ml and liter bottles can only ship Domestically via Ground or Priority. If any other shipping method is selected we will ship via Ground and refund the shipping price difference. International orders can only ship via International Priority. If any other shipping method is selected the order must be placed in HOLD status and we will contact you for additional fees.
