Clean Static Sensitive Substrates with our ESD-DF Formula First Contact Polymer
The ESD Free kits have been tested and shown to safely and easily clean ESD sensitive surfaces such as sensors and nanostructures. By diffusing carbon nanotubes into the liquid polymer, the dry polymer film is able to be peeled off without any buildup of static electricity. Due to the properties of First Contact Polymer formulas, the nanotubes are encapsulated inside the polymer film itself and do not remain on the surface.

Note: This product has a 48 hour lead time for preparation & shipping.
The kit contains enough polymer to clean approximately 500in2 (3,200cm2, 3.4ft2) of surface area
For mounted sensors, etc. we suggest purchasing our chemically inert mesh (FCNet) for easier film removal.
Use ESD Formula on bare, unmounted and ungrounded CCD and CMOS sensors.
