First Contact™ is available in a variety of packages ranging from the standard kit (2.5 oz, 74 ml, of First Contact™ with 60 peel tabs) to 1 liter, 33.8 oz, quantities.First Contact™ U. S. retail price is available on the Yahoo! store.

In instances when Photonic Cleaning Technologies believes a customer may be better served by an authorized distributor, Photonic Cleaning Technologies will contact the customer to discuss the order at hand. Photonic Cleaning Technologies does not send samples for evaluation.

First Contact™ comes with a money-back guaranty. Photonic Cleaning Technologies ships within 2 days of order. If First Contact™ does not meet expectations, return the unused portion and Photonic Cleaning Technologies will issue a full refund for the product.

How can I get more regular peel tabs or other accessories?
Additional peel tabs are available from Photonic Cleaning Technologies’ store. Other accessories, like bumper sticker sized pull tabs for cleaning large mirrors can be purchased directly from Photonic Cleaning Technologies via fax, e-mail, or telephone.

Is First Contact™ available in larger quantities than the standard and deluxe kits?
Yes, First Contact™ is available in an International Kit of 10.5 oz, 310 ml, with special peel tabs, or 500 ml , or 1.0 liter quantities.

The 500 ml and 1 liter quantities do not include peel tabs. Please order peel tabs separately when ordering these quantities to use with the First Contact™ when cleaning large surfaces.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Photonic Cleaning Technologies has customers in more than 50 countries around the world. We can ship to you, too.

Photonic Cleaning Technologies ships orders within 2 business days of receipt. We ship using 2 day delivery service so your order will arrive in 2 to 4 days. If you need your order of First Contact™ even faster, we will ship next day delivery at your request.

Shipping is added to the invoice. We ship Federal Express, shipment may be on your account if you prefer.

How can I pay for my order?
You may pay for your order of First Contact™ with credit card (Mastercard or Visa), check, money order, or bank wire. Credit card payment is suggested for the quickest order processing time and shipment of your order. Purchase orders sent by mail must be on company letterhead. Personal checks must clear the bank before shipment, this will take 10 to 15 business days. All fees to accept or process bank wires will be paid by the customer. Photonic Cleaning Technologies is a US company and payment must be in US dollars on a US Bank.
